After reading the article, it is even more clear to us that Blogging can be a very effective and low cost/high return method for getting the word out, without the associated Marketing & Postage costs! Blogging should be used by every Organization, much like a website, to let the world know about your Organization's Values, Goals and Mission Statement which can then open doors to a brand new universe of potential donors, volunteers, activists and other like minded individuals.

The referenced article also includes a list of “Related Sites” which will save readers hours of wasted time researching and weeding through Sponsored Search Ads or Web Sites that aren’t quite on subject.

Bottom line... Embrace this 21st Century Technology (while it is FREE) and utilize the Power of the Internet for your Organizations Purposes, because Millions of people, all around the world are Blogging for information, entertainment, profit or fun. Fast, Easy Fundraising Ideas for Non Profits & a Brief Introduction

Many Non Profit Organizations are faced with the challenge of raising funds and expanding their donor base. Without the staff, expertise or resources for grant writing or expensive direct marketing campaigns, it is difficult at best, to raise significant sums of money in a short period of time. The only available alternatives we were able to find in our research were low cost/low return fundraising items or programs (candy bars, popcorn, cookie dough, magazines, etc.) or other overpriced items that donors are weary of purchasing year after year.

We are not claiming to be an expert on this subject, however, we are willing to share a few ideas of our own and we hope to hear from some folks who are considered experts in this area. Any information posted here and ALL worthwhile suggestions, tips or advice can then be shared with any Non Profit Organization looking for unique, easy, fast, simple but effective ways to raise funds for their Ministry, Church, Mission, Cause or Project. Please join us in this effort and thank you in advance for contributing your thoughts and ideas.
